Mannequins?

I want to know if I create another character to get close with Able sister, will the secondary character get mannequins too? i need more than 4...

I found someone ask the same question but in a different way and it did not answer what i want to know =x so I re-ask here to get a clearer understanding. You know, deleting a character create a large patch of dirt ><

if you want more then 4 mannequins for one character though, since they cant be traded/dropped you can't have more then 4 for one character/one house
