You can get shiny Manaphy only if you send it to a game and then trade it to a game with the matching TSV as your own Manaphy egg can never hatch shiny. (So the shiny is most likely cheated.)

I don't own pokemon Ranger xD I was bit suspicious about that Shiny Manaphy :/ so it's true then, well the normal one still up for sale o3o
