Male Villagers?

I'm having trouble with the villagers in my town because out of 10 only 2 of them are males. I mean I guess it doesn't really matter what your female to male ratio is, but I just feel like 2/10 is so low! I have Pierce (who I plan on cycling out and swapping Punchy in) and Zucker.

The only other male villager I could see myself having is Rudy but he's a jock personality and thats my least favourite. Maybe Chief... or Marshal... idk.

I just find myself falling in love with female villagers over the male ones! So who are your favourites?​

Are you asking about favorite male villagers? Mine would be O'Hare, Hamlet, Cranston, Anchovy, Erik, Beau, Genji, Snake...there's probably a few more

But I do agree with you that I tend to like the girl villagers more than the male ones, after all I have 7/10 females in my main town and I have 6/10 female villagers as dreamies in my second town.

I only have 4 male villagers. Hans, Biff, Kid Cat, and Knox. Kid Cat and Knox are my favorite of those 4. The other two are just too bland in my opinion.

I definitely prefer female villagers, but I wanted some balance. Apollo has been one of my favorites since the Gamecube days and Phil has become one of my favorites that was introduced in this game.

I'm pretty much the opposite as I like the male personalities and villagers a lot more. I managed to get an even 5 to 5 ratio though. I have both Chief and Marshal and they're lovely. Chief is an old favourite of mine from city folk.

Some of my favourites are Rocco, Hopper, Cyrano, Fang, Wolfgang, Pierce, Biskit, Butch, Egbert, Rod and Genji to name a few. XD

Salem has a 6/4 female to male ratio, with all of my human characters being female, as well. Hollowyn is evenly split - 5/5 villagers and 2/2 human characters. Part of it is luck of the draw, part is planning out who I take in from campsites. It doesn't really impact the play.

As for male villagers I like, though, there's Beardo, Dizzy, Eugene, Keaton, Stitches, and Rizzo. I left out my jocks, since you said that was your least favorite personality.

Drago, O'Hare, Lopez, Poncho is super cute! but another jock...., Knox, Avery, Jacques, Ribbot are currently in my town or I want them to be! I don't usually go for uninteresting or plain colored villagers too
