I recently had the very good fortune of winning Julian in a giveaway and am now trying to decide who to say my farewells to in order to make room for him (I know, I've posted threads like these before, but I always find it helpful to get some outside perspective!). This is for my second town, and it's a sort of "above the clouds" themed town. I'm using lots of starry / night sky ground tiles, along with some custom made cloud tiles to give you an idea of the effect that I'm trying to create -- it was practically tailor-made for Julian. The most prevalent colors I use in the town as far as paths and flowers go are blue, purple, and white - I mention this mostly because I considered trying to find villagers who correspond to my color palette (not married to the idea though). These are my current villagers:

Skye (essential to my town!)
Wendy (a fluffy cloud sheep, perfect fit)
Wolfgang (he's got fur the color of midnight?)
Stitches
Kyle
Diana
Ankha
Marina
Cherry
Bianca

I know that the choice is ultimately mine to make, but I'd like to hear your input all the same. Also, if you have any ideas for other villagers that you think would be a good fit, please state them!

Kyle, Ankha, Marina and Cherry don't really have/resemble color schemes of the sky. Though Diana and Bianca do. Their color is white for clouds. Replace one the 4 I listed that don't match the sky. And keep the 2 that do!

It ultimately matters who you like least. But according to your theme I think that Ankha fits in the least. Plus you also have Diana for a snooty. That's just my 2 cents though, so take it for what it's worth. :)

Half of the villagers you've listed don't fit the theme in any way that I can see, like Kyle, Cherry, Ankha, or Marina. Bianca and Diana probably look nice with the whole clouds thing and Stitches only half-works if you're including dreams and toys coming to life. I get that you may have tried to pick cute or popular villagers, but when you're looking for themed villagers, whether they fit that theme is more important (in my opinion). :)

Ruby would make a good addition in the future along with birds or eagles. Sprinkles and Flurry could look nice because of their designs. I can try to think of more, too.

Yes, the cloud theme is a new and unplanned idea, so my initial villager picks didn't revolve around the theme at the time. Loving the Sprinkle suggestion though -- some birds would certainly fit in nicely as well. Thanks for the recommendations so far!
