Making an otome game ACNL style

Im going to make a AC NL styled otome dating game >3< and i need some advice, i need around 10 normal villagers (NPCs is going to be in the game). Can some ppl give me like tips on who to be in the game.

P.S. its not humanized xD its.. cute chibi sorta ish, its gonna be 15 years and up.

Short start plot, your a friend of the Mayor in the current Town.

Main game artist Celibait, shes the main helper / developer of this Project.
