If you TT you can. Just TT each day keep buying medicine from nooks shop and giving it to him/her. It usually takes like 3/4 days in animal crossing for them to get better but you can TT each day and buy the medicine and give it to them. I reckon you'd do it under half an hour. If that makes sense...

Give them medicine one day and then TT back a day. That should cure them. You don't even have to give them medicine, but that way you should get a present out of the deal. If you don't care, TT back a day and they should be cured. It's not 100% because I tried it for Freya and she was still sick. I think it might have just been a coincidence and the game picked her to be sick again.
