Mailboxes and Envelopes Return Justin Time for 2025 (+ Raffle!)

Good evening everyone! Earlier this year in a TBT Direct, I promised that we would bring back the long retired Mailbox and Envelope items to the Shop after some repeated requests from some of our most dedicated collectors. These are both legacy items that were previously available years ago in past versions of TBT, but were retired in early 2020 when the forum received a major update. Well, the year isn't quite over yet, so here's the official return of these items! Envelopes Envelopes are an addon item that increases the number of members that you can message at the same time within Conversations. This could be useful if you are organizing an activity or event on the forum, such as gaming sessions or a marketplace giveaway. Of course it should go without saying that repeated mass unsolicited messages, or spam, is not an acceptable use of this item and may have it revoked by staff. In addition to this functionality, envelopes can be displayed for aesthetic purposes just like any collectible. 3 Envelopes - 49 Bells 5 Envelopes - 99 Bells 10 Envelopes - 249 Bells 20 Envelopes - 499 Bells 30 Envelopes - 749 Bells All versions of Envelopes have been preserved for collectible purposes, but it should be noted that all users can already message up to 5 members by default on modern TBT, so only 10 Envelopes and higher actually provide a functional benefit! Mailboxes Mailboxes were previously used to increase the capacity of your Conversations inbox in past incarnations of The Bell Tree, but will now return as a purely aesthetic collectible, like most other items. Inboxes became an unlimited capacity in early 2020. Small Mailbox - 99 Bells Mailbox - 199 Bells Silver Mailbox - 399 Bells Gold Mailbox - 699 Bells Super Mailbox - 799 Bells Silver Super Mailbox - 999 Bells Gold Super Mailbox - 1299 Bells You Found Something - 1 Egg The Purple Mailbox has been excluded from sale as it was previously a special limited stock item. New Year's Raffle Celebrating their extremely well timed return, all purchases of mailboxes and envelopes until January 2nd at 10PM EST will earn an entry to a special New Year's Raffle for a chance to win one of three collectibles. One entry per member. Three winners will be drawn to each win one of the following prizes: New Year's Party Popper Dreamy Party Popper Purple Mailbox Good luck! Flower Rotation While we're at it on changes to the Shop, we might as well rotate the flower collectibles for sale that have been in place since this year's Earth Week event. Say goodbye to Roses, Tulips, and Cosmos -- and hello to... Red, Yellow, and White Lilies are available for 39 Bells. Red, Yellow, and White Pansies are available for 39 Bells. Yellow, White, and Purple Violets are available for 39 Bells. Red, Yellow, and White Hyacinths are available for 39 Bells. Plus, another flower themed event is planned to return again in the new year! Finally, as the year ends, we will be saying goodbye to our daily Birthday Bell Bonus promotion that has been running since early November. We hope you enjoyed this boost of Bells and it may return as another bonus in the future!
