holy wow. I lucked out then. Got my first mahi mahi early on in spring and somehow managed to get another 3 for CJ over the same week.

As a tradeoff, I didn't catch a mahi mahi on my alt account until SEPTEMBER. =S

Ya actually I happen to be one of those people who caught it by random luck and not even trying lol. Same with the giant trevally, arapaima, dorado, and arowana. XD

Thanks to the person who mentioned the mystery island trick, I caught one more last night lmao. Just one more before I get my model, I think I can manage that before the end of the month.

If it's any consolation, I have a lot of trouble with some bugs, especially the beetles that spawn on trees.

Same! I really struggled with the onslaught of new bugs in July. Took almost the whole month to catch them all. I’ve never struggled like that with the fish.
