Mahi-mahi = Finally!

Been trying to catch this for 3 weeks. Tonight I finally got it.. My Island rarely has anything off the dock and I am tired of crafting bait so I just catch whatever shows up there once every few days...

Congrats! I finally caught one last night after 45 bait. Previously spent 200 the other week trying to find one.

Guess I got lucky catching it, I caught it on like the 2nd or 3rd day of May. Only caught one other since though.

Catching the betta took me a lot longer, took me a whole week of river fishing for a hour each day to finally catch one lol.

Congratulations!! I also think I got lucky and got it on like my second or third bait, but the giant trevally certainly gave me grief, haha! Some come easy, some are a bit harder and it seems t differ from person to person congratulations on your catch though! Also, as Fisher said, the Betta took me forever to catch lol

I need to make a bunch of bait to catch this beast.. but I just haven't yet. haha. I will probably end up doing it like the last day of May if I don't catch it naturally. (I try to catch all the new months fish before the month is over.)

Good job though!
