Lyle only grades 1 room

I now have 3 rooms in my house, one is upstairs and the other is in the back. My HHA rating is about 17,000. The problem is, it was 17,000 before I got the rooms. Why won't Lyle grade my other rooms?

Also he grades your home at 6 am, so when you furnish it he won't say anything different until the next day.

yeah, i feel the same way. i had a gracie room in the basement and a golden/regal room on the upper level, but when i switched them around so the golden/regal was in the basement i got a lot more HHA points ): i really don't get why the basement doesnt count

Yeah when you ask Lyle your results, he says, We grade everything but the basement.

you probably arent getting a lot because the furniture isnt from a set/series..from what i know, unorderable furniture sets are worth a lot more than orderable sets..if its just random furniture from different sets, it wouldnt be worth a lot of points

Well, I personally like that the basement isn't graded because I literally throw all kinds of random stuff down there that I think is cute. Granted, it looks fine because I have good taste, but the arrangement would not earn me big HHA points. In fact, it's sort of like a really embarrassing sort of area- the kind of behind-the-curtain area where you keep your cap cardboard cutout, your NES, and your sorority flag and die your clothes... or that's just me, lol
