The star would come out better on the small collectible. I don't think Cleo's eye sparkles would really turn out well when scaled way down. This was also a harder vote for me lol.

I agree that Winnie's design would translate better into a collectible, as with what @/-Blue- said, the star would definitely turn out better on such a small artwork
