I was barely active and new, but it's just like this poll with the horses. It was to decide the next collectible. There were a lot of villagers being voted on and if I remember correctly Coco won.

honestly, this is too intense hyper back and forth action for it rn, imo. tho maybe in the earlier hours

rn, I'm imagining like a late game version of

just buck and papi, having exhausted near all their resources and left with nothing usable staring each other down and desperately trying to get into the winning play, in the hopes they'll find what they need to push it over for them before their opponent does, and that their opponent doesn't keep getting into a backup play to keep them in (they keep getting into the backup play)

I've been playing a lot of Among Us recently, and I know that when people start talking all of sudden, they become a bit suspicious. The staff suddenly started talking about it being super close and how they didn't expect this to happen. See what I'm saying?

I'm not saying this for fact, but I thought that maybe every time someone votes for Buck, one of the staff members vote Papi XD

I don’t know if the staff is trolling us but it definitely feels like someone is. It’s just so crazy how it’s going to the last minute.

For the very first time in our history of running these character poll contests, the poll has ended in a draw! 38 votes for Papi. 38 votes for Buck. This is an unprecedented moment, so we need a tiebreaker to decide who will advance.

The tiebreaker will be based on who had the better results in the previous round. Papi earned 75.68% of the vote against Elmer in Round 1 (56 votes to 18). Buck received 58.67% of the vote against Colton in Round 1 (44 votes to 31). Since Papi received 17.01% more of the vote than Buck in Round 1, Papi has won the tiebreaker and will advance to the semi-finals against Roscoe.

Congratulations to the Papi Pals on the upset! Sorry to the Buck Brigade, I genuinely thought Buck would end up winning the whole thing when I first thought of the idea to run a character poll contest for the LNY event, so this is genuinely a surprise to me.
