I have a few rules though, lol, follow them and you'll be fine.
1. I only want TBT for payment. But uh on rare occasions I'll let someone buy with IGB. (But uh if you don't have TBT then I'll take like a "special forum of payment. As seen in the other forums of payment section of this post.)
2. Don't steal from me. (That was easy)
3. Don't be scared to take your time when trading with me. Lol. We don't need you feeling rushed or frazzled. Plus I'll tell you ahead of time if I have something to do.
4. Please don't offer to do retail method. (I usually only accept TBT, but on the rare occasion I might sell something for IGB.)
5. I would perfer trades over 16 items be held in my town.
6. You can walk around my town. Just like ask and don't run around flowers lol.
7. I'm pretty chill ok. So like pm me offers and junk.
