True, but I didn't think it was an unfair opening price. He went for a lot more over here just a few days ago and there was also someone offering 18mil in the Looking For thread.

The 12mil is negotiable, as it says in the first post.

Not the most, unfortunately. He's been with me in three different towns for a while now.

On the other hand, his house isn't trashed. There's just not much in it.

lol. It's cool. All my villagers do that too. The only thing that drove me crazy was finding a huge dino tail and a different dino torso in a villager' house that I acquired. The only problem is that I have 10 villagers so I need to think ...

I like finding Sloppy/Cardboard furniture in my Retail, so as a result my villagers all have empty houses. xD;

But yeah. Anything in his house is either original or from another villager (if that's a thing that can happen). I haven't given him anything.
