Drop the Bells in the seller's ground, then convince a packing villager to move to your place c:

Make a new character, complete all that boring starting stuff, and then greet every villager in town. After that, you basically just talk to every villager except the one you want to move out every day, on both chars. Eventually, the game will realize, "Oh, neither of these guys need him anymore. Let's get rid of him!" and Static, or whoever you're trying to get rid of, will run up to you after 6-7 days and say "Whelp, Imma move out 8D" and his pack-out will be 3-5 days later.

:3 There are other ways to do this, but trust me, this is the best and fastest way. And you don't take a huge risk, like time travelling. As for bug netting and pitfalling, those just take a huge long time. I could explain it in full detail, but I'd probably make a whole thread for that, because there's an entire subject about how the game determines who stays and who leaves at the end of the day.

If i get this correctly, Lucky will pack at the 10th, and be on the 'void' on the 11th if no one gets him.
