The Wild (Wake Induced Lucid Dream)
Lie in bed completely still and pay attention to nothing...
After 2 or 3 hours your body forces REM and you are Half sleeping Half awake...
This makes you tired the next day and makes you prone to seizures later on in life...
Also, you have to try to focus on something so that you stay conscious. When you go into sleep paralysis you won't be able to move, and might start seeing/hearing things. From that point there are many different ways to attempt to go into a dream, but I've never gotten any to work.
Also, I've never heard anything about it making you prone to seizures... have any source on that? Sleep paralysis happens to almost everyone at some point in their life without them even trying, usually from stress.
Ima go now... be back later...
