Lucid Dreams

Another way to turn lucid...

The Wild (Wake Induced Lucid Dream)

Lie in bed completely still and pay attention to nothing...

After 2 or 3 hours your body forces REM and you are Half sleeping Half awake...

This makes you tired the next day and makes you prone to seizures later on in life...
I've tried this quite a few times, and its pretty hard to just do it right when you go to bed. It works better if you go to bed, wake up after a few hours, and then try it.

Also, you have to try to focus on something so that you stay conscious. When you go into sleep paralysis you won't be able to move, and might start seeing/hearing things. From that point there are many different ways to attempt to go into a dream, but I've never gotten any to work.

Also, I've never heard anything about it making you prone to seizures... have any source on that? Sleep paralysis happens to almost everyone at some point in their life without them even trying, usually from stress.
My doctor said it

Ima go now... be back later...

Hmm, never heard that before. Did you say that you have SP often without you trying to go into, or that you were trying to get it to happen?

One way to help you remember your dreams is to say "I will remember my dreams" before you go to bed. Remembering your dreams is a crucial part if you are starting out if you are trying to have lucid dreams.

I have had one dream about it, I was on Mercury, but it looked an awful lot like Mars.

And one time I met the "Man on the Moon"

He/She looked like Little Red Riding Hood

This, but it works better if you say it to yourself a few times. Also, having a notebook to write dreams down in helps.

Hav any of you ever had a False Awakening?
I used to have ones where ghosts would be in my house and I would "get up" at two in the morning, walk arround, and these shadows would walk arround, and hide from me, and they were scary as $h!+

Hell to the no.

This is my last post though >_<

I remember I did it once...it was incredible. I remember I tried to get a hang of it a second time, but it didn't work.

Its been a while since i have gone lucid... its been a while since i had a dream...

Closest thing to a dream ive had in a while is what i call a Sandbox dream...

Starts totally black... and i just try to make stuff... i usually wake up after two or three things...
I think this is because i dont know much about the stuff im trying to make and my dream has some sort of ERROR and i wake up...

Anyone else experience this?

You always dream when you go to sleep last time I checked, you just don't remember them all.
