what is something youre not proud of that youve done while playing acnl?

i jumped onto my bed to play ACNL and right when i started my game i realized i was laying in my dogs piss. i continued to play for 20 minutes then took a shower. acnl is more important than physical hygiene.

I remember when I first caught an Oak Silk Moth, I was so proud that I caught it that I went into my younger brothers room and showed him and he was just like "...You have a problem". And thats when I realised that I have no life ;-;

I did something similar.

Back when I first started playing the game, and had unlocked the island, I was absolutely obsessed with catching as many sharks as I could. I literally spent hours doing this, and all my parents could hear was me yelling at the game.

I guess this isn't exactly the lowest moment for me, but thinking back, I realize how pathetic I probably looked.

I **still** feel horrible about this one: One day I had promised my 7 year old little girl that we would play HHD together (she loves designing their homes <3) at some point that day, and I kept playing and playing NL obsessively (I was working on something)... Before I knew it, it was her bedtime and we still hadn't played it together... I felt AWFUL. I made it up to her the next day, and haven't done that since, but ugh... A mother's guilt can really kill ya.

Oh my gosh I do that now! My parents normally find me getting excited about the amount of sharks and rare beetles I catch on the island

This story is baffling to me so wait were you laying in the piss the whole time you played?? That makes a huge difference in grossness level lmao... (also, Scott Pilgrim avatar buds!)

I posted about this recently in another thread but the month or so when I stayed up all night every night playing was a pretty low time for me, I guess. Also I went on a month-long vacation not long after I initially got the game & I was still so obsessed that I stopped to play in public a few times when I should've been, y'know, sightseeing and ****

I mean it's really silly, but almost a year ago, I lost one of my favorite villagers accidentally from time traveling, and I almost cried I kid you not haha. Luckily my then boyfriend, now ex, offered to let my villager to live in his town (but guess I won't see her anymore because lol we're not talking anymore).

Well, I sorta pushed him aside for NL, and neglected leaving to anywhere, especially when I got sick.

Needless to say, my game was more enjoyable than that relationship.

Staying up all night to 16 cycle my town to get Tiffany and Ankha back after failing fantastically at TT'ing unwanted villagers out. I avoid TT in my main town now because of this.

Well mine isn't quite that bad but when I lost Genji I did throw a tantrum...for somebody of my age that isn't great but I was so upset because I was actually cycling to get somebody else out at that time.
Left a negative review on ACNL on Amazon and everything....

I was going a tour picking up flowers on the island and I realised the time was really low but I needed the toilet too (I just realised that I could have just paused it) so I walked out of my room and into the wall. It really hurt.

You can't pause island tours! Even if you close the 3DS, the time won't stop. xD This is really annoying.

When my villager Fauna (one of my favorites) wanted to move, I accidentally told her she could instead of saying that she should't. I was so upset because she was one of my dream villagers and I couldn't believe I made such a silly mistake.

I was on a huge ACNL binge because I hadn't played it in so long and I also decided to get another cartridge for a second town. My boyfriend was getting kind of annoyed with me because we're long distance and we're usually on the phone or in skype calls. I'd play and forget I was talking to him, so he'd just be yelling my name and I'd still be like WAIT I'M DOING SOMETHING. Or I wouldn't pay attention to what we were watching on rabbit. I've gotten a lot better at that, though, and thankfully he's really understanding x:

I hadn't played WW in like a month or two, and when I went back to my town I found out that Rosie had moved away. I was like nine at the time, and I actually cried. She was one of my first villagers and I had had her for almost a year at that point. I was super upset for the rest of the day and I remember spending like an hour on Google trying to find out if there was any way to get her back. I wanted to talk to my mom about it, but I also didn't want to have to deal with the shame of explaining that I was heartbroken over my non-existent friend moving away, Lol. When she showed up at my campsite in NL I freaked out and text my best friend when she was at work to tell her about it. Needless to say she wasn't nearly as jazzed up about it as I was, nor was she pleased that I had interrupted her work to tell her about my fake friend moving into town.

One time my boyfriend was telling me a story and wanted to know how I felt about it and I said yes.
