Trading Lowering TBT inflation rate

I looked around other forums and btb has the highest inflation even for item - IGB trading. Also offered someone 7 million for 100btb and got shot down since he/she's getting 12 million for 100 btb lol.

I remember when tbt was like 3 mil lol, I think the price should be from 3-4 mil, it's easy to get tbt. All you have to do is post.

I remember how sometimes people used to fight over a quantity of TBTs like, someone is selling 100tbts; guy A offered 2mil bells, Guy B offers 3mil and so on, but still, that's doesn't justifies how people started to pay more , maybe sellers wanted more IGBs ? and so they started asking for crazy amounts of IGBs .

It's hard to convince a whole community to lower the entire inflation rate that much, many people have tried but it still keeps going up since few don't want to lower it.

I haven't bought any bells for TBT, but I heard it was 6-10 million for 100 TBT, but I guess, good luck helping lower the price.

Honestly, it's a supply and demand thing. Since TBT is in so high demand, that's why the prices IGB-wise are so high. If people are willing to pay more for something they want (in this case, TBT), it's not something that can be forcibly lowered by those who don't want to pay that price.

Supposedly you're saying it's "easy to make TBT"---but if that's the case, what does it matter what some people want to pay for it? If it's easy to make, make your TBT instead and don't spend a penny of IGB if it's not worth it to you. I don't see the point of villainizing people who are willing to pay more.

Yeah agreed. I think it's so high also because it's a much safer transaction so some people prefer it over others. Plus people will go for btb for collectibles/real life items like download codes over in game items. It's harder to scam with btb

you might want to remake it in the marketplace again then. one of the mods saw this turning into more of a discussion and must have moved it
