Tier one and two villagers will be sold. Tiers three, four, and five villagers are free to the first person who requests them.I'm an odd person and I dont cycle at usual times. If a villager has no reserves or Lurkers they will be voided in 10 minutes.Please leave wifi-ratings!Please Keep time zone differences in mind at all times!I have the right to change any of these rules at my discretion![/td]

Payment Information
You may offer in tbt (preferred), in game bells, items from the following two wishlists, Monique, Dotty, or any combination of the four.I will accept no less than 250 tbt for tier one villagers and 150 for tier two. Tiers three, four, and five villagers are free to the first person who requests them.Tiers three through five will be voided after ~30 minutes.The Buyout is 350 tbt for tier one and 250 tbt for tier two. Villagers maybe bought out regardless of reservations At which point the reservation fee will be refunded. Half Payment is due at time of purchase. The rest after after the villager is in boxes.[/td]

You CAN reserve a villager of any tier for an additional 50 tbt. I will hold reserved villagers for at the most 5 hours. If there is no response, you hold no claim to the reserve fee or said villager. If your offer isn't acceptable or After the reservation period is over, the reserved villager will be put back up for sale or adoption (depending on the tier).Reservations can only be made on existing residents.The reserve fee is due at the time of reservationReservations can be cancelled BEFORE the reserved villager is in boxes-not after.[/td]

Lurkers are welcome! But please post again if you change your mind! Lurkers will not be notified if and when their villager has moved in. True lurkers will know anyway. 
Lurkers will be notified 10 minutes before I post the villager in boxes. But you still must be first to post.If the villager you are lurking for is tier one or two, they Still must be purchased. again, tier one and two villagers are not free.Limit two villagers per person[/td]
