Losing a dreamie..

So today I lost Pekoe and it was quite a weird situation on how I lost her, she was due to move out on the 5th of June, and I checked the game a day afterwards after approving her move-out and it's the first of June and then when I check the game today, she's moved out and the game's on the 3rd of july? This really doesn't make sense to me as my 3DS that I use to check this town was on the right date, before and after she moved out so i'm really confused on how the date skipped all the way to July. Either way, i'm pretty upset that I lost her and I guess it's back to the drawing board. I even tried getting her from the void and I was unable to, anybody have an explanation for this?

why did you approve her move-out if you didn't want her to leave? you should have just told her to stay.

can't speak to the dates. you're in the wrong month to begin with. do you share your DS or did you let somebody else play on it?

in any event, I lost my favorite villager Lolly once by accident (time-traveling), but I eventually got Fauna in my campsite and I've grown to like her even more than Lolly. So the odds are good that you will be able to find a replacement for Pekoe you enjoy from the huge array of villagers that the game has to offer. and if not, then just cycle out enough villagers untuil you can go purchase her from somebody here.

Yeah, the reason why i'm in the wrong month is because the cycling town she's in is essentially a cycling town, hence why it's on the wrong date aswell as year. But my 3DS clock is actually on the right date and time, so I can play normally in my main town. When playing that cycling town, I always make sure to use the same 3DS I never use any other and as far as I know nobody else has played it, so I have no idea why this has happened.

oh gotcha, didnt realize it was a cycling town. i do all my time traveling by just altering the 3DS date, so i'm not sure what the ramifications are of doing it only through the cartridge, could that difference have caused the unexpected date discrepancy??

well, at least you can buy a replacement pekoe here at the forums.

I'm sure I didn't change the date atleast the 3DS date, I never need to since I don't time skip using the 3DS clock in my cycle town. Only with the one you can change in game, so i'm really puzzled about this. Hmm, It must be some sort of error. I'm sure you'll find somebody to replace them, or even find another one of them here on the forums. Don't give up.
