Hey! Sorry for the wait. I'm the partner RedTropicalFish meant. I didn't find out about this until awhile ago, but she was in a bit of a hurry. She meant to give me both items, and she had done so by dropping items in my town, while I was away from 3DS and had no idea about this. So, because she was in a hurry, she made a mistake and gave me the serving cart, but not the veggie basket, as she had accidentally given me a different item.

That being said, I can drop off the serving cart now. When she gets back in a couple of hours, if you haven't obtained it yet, she or I can give you the veggie basket.
