I was thinking 3 tbt for each of the starts but 1 tbt for each tulip is fine. is that alright? that would be...27 for all the starts and 15 for the flowers if you want all of them! so 42 tbt in total?

Edit: actually, i take that back. people usually sell them for 2 tbt don't they? haha so that's fine but doing the math, it'd be 33 tbt total.
