Looking for space in someone's town!

I am in the process of restarting one of my towns, and I have some items I would like to transfer over to my other game card. Unfortunately, I don't have two systems so I can't do it myself! If someone could lend me their beach or plaza I would be very grateful I can offer the villager Genji, 1 mil, or both in return for your help!
