Looking for: Someone to help me construct the intro page for a new cycling thread

I am preparing for this and will pay someone to help me get a good set up page, help with spoilers, advice on rules, tabs, page set up...may be a strange request but a well working and formulating intro page can make or break things and I like to pre plan and am not great with click on tabs and colors...will pay.

As a side not will also pay for a nice sig of dreams if someone will point me to a good shop.
