Looking For Shiny Eveelutions

New to Pokemon X. My daughter really wants to get Shiny Eeveelutions. I have no idea how to do anything in Pokemon so I will need someone trustworthy and very patient. Please let me know how many bells you are looking for.

There's some you have to take account into when you buy Pokemon; for example:
-birthplace (region)
-how many IV's
-nicknames if needed
-level
-gender

Ask your daughter :3 but if she just wants a shiny eeveelution just say you're not picky about the stats ;o just letting you know because people will probably ask lol
