Trading Looking for Ruby!

My last dream villager at the moment is Ruby. I am fairly limited on what I have to offer, so if you are willing to just give me her, I would be overjoyed, however, if necessary, I offer all the current US Wifi events, as, sadly, I only have a US import 3DS and game. I also have the Raccoon Clock, but other than that, I offer no other local events, just Wifi. I will also offer anything in my catalog, just ask and I will see if I have it. I do not have any bells to offer. Thank you for you time in reading this post and trying to help me.

Update: No villagers are currently available, however, I have implemented another item to be offered for trade.
I just obtained an Emperor's Cap/wig and Girl's Day Updo(Empress' cap/wig), so those are available for trade.

Bump again, this is getting to be a pain... and now, Rudy is taken by a friend and Ed just died, so now it's just catalog, US Wi-Fi events (non-Nintendo zone), Raccoon Clock, and possibly a few hybrid flowers. It would still be nice if I could get Ruby for free.

I might part with ruby since I got felicity in my cycling town and I would love to have felicity and merry together :3 it's just a hard choice because I love ruby she's so cute.

I've been trying to get her for 8 years, since she was released in Wild World, so she, obviously, has been wanted for a long time.
If you can TT her to be moving, that would be great...

I just recently dropped both of my offered villagers for a plethora of bells. I have no villagers available, and I would prefer to not pay in bells. I do not have efficient funds to pay any more than 5k for a villager. However, I have recently obtained the Emperor's Cap/wig and Girl's Day Updo(Empress' cap/wig). As I said before, I offer any orderable US Wi-Fi DLC and the Raccoon Clock, along with anything else in my catalog. I am truly desperate, however, again, I can not pay much in bells. I will do my best to please you. I have one friend who is attempting to move Ruby out for me, so I may never need Ruby from you or another person, however, I need to have a back up plan. Thank you for understanding. I'm sorry that I forgot to edit my post.
