I've reset multiple times after talking to Jack, but he just won't give me masks I want. So maybe I can obtain them from our lovely users. ^^

The masks I am looking for are:

* green-pumpkin head
* pumpkin head
* purple-pumpkin head
* red-pumpkin head

If you mean the mask he gives you when he tells you about the event, he only will give you one of the regular masks at that talk.

I think Jack only gives the regular Pumpkin Head, and he is the only one who can give it.

I just had Halloween yesterday in my town, and not once in the entire month of October did I see the heads. The Halloween masks, yes, but not the pumpkin heads.
