I apologize if there is another thread for this, I just couldn't find it.
Yesterday, 7 July, a friend with a Japanese game invited a few of us to the tanabata festival that was happening there and be able to receive bamboo grass, which is unavailable out of region. As it turns out, this is my birthdate, so this was a special event and a special prize for me. I love being able to get unusual items like this.
I was also impressed by the big supermarket, which probably looks different in my version. While in this supermarket, I found musical cards and bought one. I actually have one of these in RL, which my daughter had given to me. They are sooo cool! I noticed that they do not appear in my catalog at all.
Sooo, I would love to know more adult NL players who own this game, so I can buy more of those musical cards, and hopefully be invited to any asian festivals!!
