I'm just a ghost.
My island has a lot of homes 8 users and 10 villagers. If you ask what the theme is its based of off Kingdom Hearts. The Dream address is in the Signature.
I think mine would fit! *pokes signature* It's still my Christmas version, but I feel like it's pretty much a small-town feel. The front part of my island (with the RS plaza, shops, etc.) is more developed, and as you go further back, it gets less developed and more woodsy. I tried to keep a balance between development and wildness~
I love how open your island is with its routes.
There are very few dead ends and those which are, are almost instant so there is no back tracking needed.
Your island also feels huge. No idea how you did it but its huge and no space is wasted.
I had a lot of fun visiting!

Thanks! I did my best to keep it pretty open, but I actually thought it was rather tight until I visited some other dream towns, lol. I'm not sure how people get around some of them! And I'm planning on updating my DA soon (as in, next day or so) because I've made some big changes, and now even less space is wasted, lol. But it's still pretty easy to get around, at least from my experience. My personal favorite addition is Ava's adorable tiny farm ☺
And I miss the snow, too! Everyone seemed to be complaining about it when it was around but I always thought it was so pretty. Maybe 'cause I'm a true Minnesotan, lol.

Not sure if my island would be what you're looking for, but I have a very casual island that's kinda "put stuff where I like it." It's not "finished," but I don't think it ever will be cuz I don't have an end goal in mind.

Mine is towny imo! I have a shopping area and a neighborhood area. I haven't updated in a while though (waiting for the trees to turn orange)
