Looking for dream towns with the following:

Alright guys...My OCD is really really getting to me..
So, I have 2 game cards, something needs to be done with the 2nd one besides cycling...
So I will move villgers I want to keep over to my other copy, then reset the 2nd copy.
I am looking for dream towns with the following:
(You do not have to have ALL of the following, just one or a mix)
-Complete or mostly complete
-perfect Apples, pears, oranges, cherries, or peaches all actually growing somewhere (not every single perfect fruit, I know you can only have 1 type of perfect fruit in your town)
-That has the following villgers
~Any deer
~Any cats
~Marshal,Poppy,Dotty,Blaire,Patty,Phobe,Muffy,Mira,Frita,Shari,Kitt,Marcie,Astrid,Lilly,Lolly,Kiki,Wolfgang,Sally,Peanut,Tangy,Rudy,Coco,Stitches,Genji,Mitzi,Bunnie or Ken.
-That have or use lots of hyrbids
-Nicely plot reset houses
-1,2,3 or 4 ponds
-Layouts with South and horizontal rivers (pretty much any river, but I would prefer ones that are more one direction)

So pretty much any town, however, please say which of these things your town has.
I would greatly appreciate anyone who would do this for me, thank you very much .

I also have lots of hybrids

Three ponds

My villagers houses are decently plot resetted (except Sydney & Eugene's were not resetted)

You cannot have every perfect fruit in your town, but I have some cherries

My town layout is a huge WIP, but I do have Phoebe and Lilly (though Lilly isn't original at all) if you want to stop by and check them out.

I also have, to the right of the TS, a path surrounded by perfect apple trees. I also have a small perfect apple orchard behind my house/Phoebe's house.

I didn't update for today so my bench PWP is still unfinished in my dream town, but I'm just letting you know I have a couple of the things you need. My DA is in my signature. ^^

My dream town wasn't updated when I got Rudy but I do have in there 2 deer (Bruce & Fuchsia) and 3 cats (Lolly, Olivia, and Tangy). My layout is in my signature. :]

Sorry, I don't have the dream address at hand, but the town of Floralia (mayor Flora) grows perfect oranges, uses all orange hybrids and at last save had Marshal, Bunnie and Wolfgang (who is on his way out).

My houses are not plot reset but they are not too crazy scattered...and I'm not sure I understand what kind of rivers you want to look at?
