To my knowledge, the order depends on the date of the collectible as they are automatically and chronologically listed from latest to earliest...
so to reorder you need to pay attention to the specific dates, and that's why there are post of people date trading in order to achieve their desired order (i believe the lingo used on the forum for this is called "line-up")
