Buying /Looking for blue roses

I have quite a few blue roses already but recently someone who came into my town stole some from me so I'd like to fill that gap back up since I was planning on displaying them in my town near my residents houses, also, if anyone has a few gold roses they wouldn't mind selling/giving I'd be very appreciative since the player took several of those from near my house. -.-
