I'll pay 198k to buy each item and 99k to catalog it. I have most currently-released DLC, and a nearly-complete furniture catalog. Feel free to ask me to check it for anything you're looking for (including clothing/accessories, but that catalog isn't nearly as full). I also have every hybrid save for White Carnations.
