Looking for advice on dream town

Hello! Could anyone give me a few tips on my dream town? I'm going for a more forest like town. Some things I'm looking for tips on
where to put the cafe
where to put a zen area with a hotspring/bamboo etc
advice about what to do with empty spots The paths are more a placeholder as I'm thinking I'll make dirt paths.

I was thinking you could put your cafe behind your retail/pond but I'm unsure if it'll fit because of the river and rock. The cafe could be placed across the bridge of retail.

As for the bamboo area, a little hard. I thought the area where Phoebe's house is could work but she'd have to move.

That sounds good near the river and maybe have a bench near it.
