Buying looking for a landscaper!

hello, I'm currently landscaping my town and I'm looking for someone to help me landscape it.
the only things I would ask of you would be that you don't steal my purple/blue/black roses. I would gladly pay you with IGB (1-2 million bells, precisely) if the job is well done. so heres what I need done:
-trees lined up with paths
-flowers color coordinated
-removing/adding new trees
