On my current island it's a tie between Boris and Diana as I don't remember who arrived first. Diana is not going anywhere, I was lucky enough to get her by autofill... Boris is one of the 3 villagers I would be able to let go if he asks to leave the island.
I also managed to get my 2 starters villagers + the campsite village of my first island (I sometimes really regret I restarted as I was really attached to my first ACNH villagers) so Sylvia, Boots and Raymond are not going anywhere either.
