Selling Lolly the Normal cat (Auctions are bad)

I have the right to close down this trade if I am not happy with offers, My ladyfriend means alot more to me than users here.

Notes:
My ladyfriend keeps insisting I make myself happy before her, So she keeps saying I should keep or sell Lolly on instead of giving Lolly to her (Which I will if nobody is interested in this trade)

If this trade does not go through (As in lack of Interest) She will be given to her.
Lolly hasn't considered to move out yet, I can time travel to motivate her if that's the case.

Lolly has some of her original furniture, I think I changed her greeting I can't remember, I'm unsure she's still got her original catchphrase but that's not too hard of a fix.

Additional Notes:
I will not make this an auction as I do not support last minute bids in Auctions, It's not fair on others, There isn't a time limit on Lolly but I will end it if I am not happy with offers for her within a period of time.

It's like that in most cases, It's high just to kinda "scare" people I guess.
I probably won't take anything lower than 15 Million though.

And I DO also have this thread on ACC, People tend to over pay/price on there so that's another reason.

Shout out, Just because 50 Million is the Buyout doesn't mean I'm only accepting that Amount.
I thought Lolly was popular enough to get atleast an offer by now.

Also I won't sell her to you if I find your Town rules to be inappropriate or just plain stupid, I don't want her going to a bad place even if you adore her.
