I have a Living Dex stored in Pokemon Home. I've been adding to it and keeping it up for years, with the release of each new game. I guess it can't be called a complete Living Dex at this exact moment, as I am missing 2 Paradox Pokemon that were Scarlet exclusives in the DLC, but I am still looking for someone who might trade with me. I'd really like it to be complete again.
Now that I'm starting to acquire more shinies, I may attempt a Shiny Living Dex at some point, just to create a new challenge for myself.
