Just because you weren't picked for the position as mod doesn't mean you can't do stuff with the forum. i.e. Contests. It doesn't have to be sig or avi contests. It can be writing or movies, etc. Another example would be improving the forum. You can always PM Miranda and/or Jeremy and tell them your opinions.

No, I'm not talking to anyone in particular... But I did see someone complain a bit.

So remember, you don't have to be staff to help the forum.

Look at Josh. He ran two signature contests that turned out great. He's not staff.

You can also run it with other people.

If it's a respect issue, you have to earn respect. You won't just get it.

And that's what I'm talking about. There are so many people against me on these forums, that becoming part of the staff is the only way I'd ever get to do big things like that without an argument.

You don't demand respect either. For the longest time, you didn't care about what other people thought of you.

What? No... .-. I'd do my mod duties, plus more. I'd organize community events and stuff. Since I'd be working for the site, no one could stop me. What I'm saying is that if I tried to start my own tournament or something right now, it wouldn't work out as well as if I was on the staff. People would listen and obey, and we could actually have a fun time without people giving me crap for no reason.

Who said They would listen and obey. You can't force anyone to do anything. No matter what power you have, it's ultimately their decision.
