I like this one a lot, personally...

Edit - "Jazz Noir" is probably the album name, as well -- much more commercial friendly than anything with "murder" in it, although "Forgotten Murder in an Abandoned City" will still be the name of the 7-part suite.

The text is too sharp. try softening it up a bit, and adding a small amount of transparency. The background is soothing, though.

By "sharp" do you guys mean jaggy? Because that's the result of zooming too far out. If by "sharp" you mean "stands out from the background too much", then yeah, I'll try blending it more. I dunno though, I liked the font -- would anybody like to help me find another?

It appears jaggy 'cause the picture is too big and automatically zooms out to fit the screen, try zooming in. But yeah I will probably change it (or blend it)... otherwise I'm definitely using the background pic.
