Lighthouse VS Windmill

Which one's better? Because I have the option to change my Windmill into a Lighthouse.

I like the Windmill... it's way cooler than the Lighthouse. It was kind of boring to have the lighthouse AGAIN after Animal Crossing Gamecube, so I just got Windmill to make a change...

I have the lighthouse right now because my town is named "Seaview" so it made sense, but I think I'd rather have the windmill now.

Go ahead and have people base it off their opinions of how much they like it, but I actually have information.

The lighthouse boosts your fishing and chances of getting a better fish.
The windmill boosts bug catching and getting better bugs.

Personally, I would keep the lighthouse, because if you chop down all or about 90% of your trees except for your coconut trees, in the summer you'll get all the rare bugs on your trees and you can make up to 100k a run.

Only an idiot would do that. Just plan a lot of coconut trees, that's what I did. Believe it or not, I caught all the 8 rare beetles in one night.
