Ground Scenery LF: These QR code(?)

So, I found these QR codes on Pinterest and I figured that these were exactly what I was looking for for a new town's design... But, I can't find them for the life of me. I tried clicking on the link to the tumblr, but the person wasn't giving out QR codes. I don't know if the person made the designs herself and doesn't want to give the QRs out, which I understand, but I'd be very grateful if someone has these/knows where to find these! The QR codes in question are the stars on the ground and the moon-shaped pond.
