Buying LF: A town in the month of September FT: Loads of Bells and Unorderables

So during the month of September both my friend and I forgot about fish-catching, and thus I missed out on the salmon and king salmon. Instead of waiting a whole year, we'd like to visit someone's town who's in the month of September (preferably in the first half, as king salmon are SUPPOSEDLY more common at that time, but it's certainly not a deal-breaker) and attempt to catch these fish. If anyone is interested, please tell us how much/what you'd want in return, and we'll get back asap
