For you people beating to get to the highest rank and don't want to play online then here is a little guide for you. This is a XBOX360 guide and may somebody please confirm that this is on the PS3 because I don't own a PS3. The Gang Hideouts are much easier on Solo Play in a private match. This can be much faster for the 15/20 minute missions if you have some buddies.
Hideout - Twin Rocks You can get 900 exp in about 2 minutes if you are super good at shooting the people. The faster you do it the more EXP you get. (Not that great if you aren't good.)
Hideout - Bikes Basin Very good way to level up fast if you want to do a mission about for a good twenty minutes. This mission gives you 2k exp.
Hideout - Gaptooth Breach Another good mission but I prefer BIkes Basin just because you get more exp. This mission gives you 1k of exp.
Another way is if you are bored is to play Gang Match on the mulitplayer. You can get a good 50 exp a kill if you are playing Team Death Match on Gang Hideout. Or if you are playing capture the money bag then you get 10 exp for a kill and 200 for capturing the bag.
