Letter storage

I'm curious What do you use letter storage in the post office for? Do you use it to store anything other than letters?

In mine I keep extra bush starts I might need to change some areas, and all bush starts I'll need for landscaping my second town. I also have the Nintendo items I wanted to keep in there.

Oh, I should have been more precise, I meant the letters kept in the post office. But I do the same thing you do with the letters in my pockets.

yeah, you can put items as gifts and store them with the leters. I find it very useful to avoid making even more of a mess of my town, lol

Everyone in this thread just blew my mind with that idea. I've never once thought of writing letters to myself and storing items! Maybe my storage problem is finally solved (；?д｀)ゞ

I used A and a little bit of B to store letters I really liked from my villagers, and C for goodbye letters/letters of villagers that had moved out. Only C is pretty organized since I bundled the letters together based on who sent them.

Nothing really because it just take longer to take out and only 10 items

All my players have the all the HHA prizes stored in the mail and Gracie clothing that I don't wear much.
My extra players have the event furniture stored since you can't get a whole set the next time the event happens.
The 2nd year the snowboy spammed the players with a lot of tables. I use new letters and write what is inside before saving the items. It makes it easier to find the items.

Storing stuff with letters is a great idea! I never thought of that, wow.

I usually store letters from my mom or from my favorite villagers.

I do that too, though instead of writing what's on every letter, I put one at the beginning of each page and write it on that
