Letter badge help!

So my friend and I both want to collect badges quickly. I LOOOVE sending future self letters, and I was wondering if those letters count towards my badge? just wondering

I'm pretty sure you can only have one future self letter at a time :[

I mean over time! I send myself a lot of letters and i have for a while, definitely not 50. I just dont like sending villys messages lol
