Haha it's a scene from Fooly Cooly (aka FLCL, Furi Kuri), man. One of my few favorite anime shows. In short, the space alien eats spicy curry, gets gas from it, and abandons its plan to use mind-control on the girl (as you see, it 'spits' her out) and rushes elsewhere to relieve itself of indigestion.

Don't worry, I know; it totally makes 100% perfect sense and you are definitely not even more confused from it.
