Let's make a universal golden shovel growing sign

This comes from... Sano I think? Anyway, it takes 4 days to turn a shovel into a golden shovel. Between then it looks like any buried item. So let's all put 4 patterns around the hole and everyone else visiting should respect those special holes with the patterns.
