requirements:
1) you have to be quite active
2) you wouldn't mind having me over or coming to my town often
3) you won't steal or ruin any of my things (i won't either)
4) wouldn't mind starting a random conversation / play on island together
5) willing to give each other fruits or trade items / villagers whenever (with agreement)

and that's pretty much it
